Responsibilities:

1. As a Shipping consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. You'll be the go-to person for expertly handling packages, ensuring they are adequately packaged, labeled, and ready for their journey. From domestic to international deliveries, you'll navigate various shipping carriers and utilize state-of-the-art technology to provide top-notch service.

2. Deliver Smiles: Your role in ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount to us. You'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable customer experiences. Your genuine smile, friendly demeanor, and ability to build rapport will brighten our customers' day as you assist them with their shipping needs, answer questions, and offer tailored solutions.

3. From printing and copying to mailbox rentals and notary services, you'll wear multiple hats and become a versatile team player. Each day will be different as you dive into various tasks, ensuring a smooth operation and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:

- Associate Degree or three consecutive years minimum experience in a retail environment.

- Valid Drivers License

- Proficient with Adobe Suite software products

- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft.

Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
